Performance Requirements

In order to insure the best possible sound quality and optimal performance, the Ritz Sound & Vocal Performers require the following minimum technical support. Please discuss any concerns with us that you may have about providing these items. In some cases, we may be able to make arrangements to work around venue limitations:
- Three (3) choral microphones on stands for the choir
- Two (2) additional hand held microphone for soloists
- Keyboard with amplifier OR tuned piano in good condition, as required
- Public Address (PA)/Audio System with mp3 (iPod) input
- CD player with connection to the PA system
- Standing room for 35-40 choir members, plus director
- 20-minute sound check at least 45 minutes prior to start of event
Honorarium & Expenses

The Ritz Theatre and Museum is grateful for your interest in having the Ritz Sound & Vocal Performers partner with you on your event. Once you complete a performance request form we will carefully evaluate your request.

We have included a suggested honorarium to serve as a guideline as you budget. We will carefully consider your performance request and budget parameters as we make our best effort to work with you to create a successful event.

RSVP is a non-profit program of the Ritz Theatre and Museum in Jacksonville, Florida. All honorariums directly support ongoing program development and participation in events which enhance the overall performance, cultural and educational experience for the youth in the program. Your contributions also help to defray the cost of each child to attend annual vocal and instrumental competitions.

Transportation Expenses: $120

Suggested Honorarium: $400

All honorariums should be made payable to Ritz Sound & Vocal Performers- COJ.

Please submit performance requests at least one month in advance of your event. We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
